 Delivery conditions & times

Delivery for account holding customers within a 20 mile radius of the Peterborough area is free of charge (normally delivered via our own vehicles) and delivered next day where possible.

Orders from outside of the above local area will be dispatched next day via FedEx or Royal Mail. Please allow 2~3 working days for delivery from date of dispatch, any orders after 4.30pm are not  processed until the next working day. Any charges are shown when items are entered into the shopping basket and again confirmed on the checkout summary pages.

 Certain very large or heavy goods can incur an additional surcharge at the checkout.

 Dispatches may be made by registered mail or courier and in which case a signature maybe required upon delivery. We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours from receipt of cleared payment.

 We will notify you of any stock shortages and give you the option of cancelling your order for a full refund or waiting for stock to arrive.

 Guarantee

We aim to satisfy our customers by providing quality products and ensuring that they arrive with you in perfect condition. If for any reason we do not meet your expectations, please contact us with your complaint and we will endeavour to resolve it to your satisfaction. If Britim Office Supplies is found to be at fault we will refund of replace the item within 14 days. Any liability is limited to the value of the good and we will not be liable for any consequential losses.

 This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

 Personalised Products

We regret that we are unable to offer refunds on personalised items where the customer has provided incorrect details, such as a spelling, grammar mistake. The ordering process allows the customer to view each design and it is therefore the customer's responsibility to ensure the personalisation is correct before submitting an order.
